Docs/JVM: Flesh out Gradle specifics, add notes about properties + locale/user settings

umask influences the permissions in the file system. Varying umasks therefore lead to varying permissions in the archives. Added a note and example for this.

Also added two notes about properties files (contain the generation timestamp) and locale/user specific settings that influence the build.
