Marc,

I wanted to get your input on this before merging. It fixes the following bug:

Along these lines, would it be advisable to add maximum versions to build-depends in debian/control to match the gemfile, so that if a dependency is upgraded in a way that it will fail to satisfy the gemfile it will also cause the redmine package to be removed?
