    - Remove git from gemspec and fix gem layout installation.

Removing G_HOME from d/rules closes: #894880.

  * d/ruby-tests.rake: Don't run files in subdirectories (closes: #952039).
    Be verbose and show warnings.

The tests copy the examples directory into test/. As soon as the tests are
supposed to run a second time, the files test/output/dot/hello_test.rb,
test/output/dot/test_parse.rb, and test/output/rgv/test_rgv.rb (copied from
the examples directory) are part of the test files and fail. If only the
test files in test/ are run, everything works as expected.

  * d/rules: Use gem install layout.

  * d/control: Add Rules-Requires-Root field.
    (Standards-Version): Bump to 4.5.0.
    (Depends): Remove ruby-interpreter.
  * d/copyright: Add Upstream-Contact.
    (Source): Use github release page.

  * d/rules: Remove obsolete pango related G_HOME environment variable.

  * New upstream release.
    - Fixes Ruby2.7 build issues (closes: #952039).

  * d/watch: Use github release page.
