  * d/control (Build-Depends): Raised ruby-ffi-compiler to its unpatched
    version 1.0.1-4. Otherwise the changes in d/rules won't work.
  * d/rules: Move gemspec and extension in non-ruby-version dependent
    locations to fix autopkgtests with ruby2.5. Work around the limits of
    the unpatched version of ruby-ffi-compiler.

Testing still has ruby2.5 and the dependency check fails becase the gemspec is
not in the LOAD_PATH. But ffi extensions are supposed to be compliant with
all ruby versions so we move them gemspec and the extension in 'all'.

    - Add CPPFLAS to t.cflags to fix blhc issue.

  * d/rules: Disable dh verbose mode.

  * d/patches/0001-Use-the-correct-compiler-and-linker-flags.patch: Add patch.
    - Set linker flags by evaluating environment or RbConfig::CONFIG.
  * d/patches/series: Enable new patch.
