Package comrak and its dependencies

Arnaud Ferraris requested to merge a-wai/debcargo-conf:comrak into master

comrak is part of the Fractal dependencies (see #14 (closed) ). It depends on the following crates, which are included in this MR:

  • entities
  • pest-derive
  • twoway
    • unchecked-index

It also depends on unicode-categories, which is already packaged but available only in experimental.
