As crossbeam-queue was upgraded to 0.2.* and crossbeam-utils was bumped to 0.7.*, reverse dependencies librust-tokio-reactor-dev, librust-tokio-executor-dev, librust-tokio-threadpool-dev, and therefore librust-reqwest-dev (as well as other packages, probably) cannot be installed anymore.

This MR adds the crossbeam-queue-0.1 and crossbeam-utils-0.6 packages to solve this issue.
