I recently submitted a PR which corrects a bad example of package.lib in the debcargo-conf example file. This PR corrects the two instances found in debcargo-conf, affecting opener and webbrowser. I've also removed what I believe to be obsolete references to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=924750, though I might be wrong about that. If I'm right, that bug probably ought be closed.
