While ~~breaking~~ updating the GNOME crates for the ITP for gnome-podcasts (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=973462), I thought why not try with the ones for gnome-fractal, seeing as I was already in the neighborhood.

This MR depends on a bunch of updated GNOME crates from !134 (closed)
