Update inotify to latest. Notes:

  • inotify was added as a dependency of i3status-rs which has already been updated to require this new version.
  • No changes in copyright years, last commit is from Dec 21.
  • Updating because of this fail: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rust-inotify
