[sys-info]add patch to pass the ftbfs issue on riscv64 arch

The patch modify the cfg attribution only. The logical is: We do not modify the functional code just fix the test case. If we deal with Error::UnsupportedSystem, the logical is not right. The UnsupportedSystem is linux or windows rather than unsupported architecture on special OS.
