Try to package lsd

Try to package lsd, it seemed to be half-packaged but not finished, although im not confident in what im doing so there will probably be mistakes.

lsd also says they will release a new version which would eliminate the need for the update-clap.diff patch - https://github.com/Peltoche/lsd/pull/732
