update bat and its dependencies

I updated the bat package and all its dependencies.

Could someone please review, and if everything is ok, could anyone release the following packages?

Releasing bat closes #907080

I didn't update the changelog mentioning this bug because I'm not sure if the ./release.sh script already do this.

Please let me know if I should change anything (I'm new to packaging in general), please let me know if anything is wrong and I'll fix it.
