primal & primal-sieve: fix autopkgtest

bastif requested to merge bastif/debcargo-conf:MR/primal_fix_autopkgtest into master

Some autopkgtests fail currently. This should fix it by:

  • using latest version that contains a fix
  • skipping tests with "inline assembly is not stable yet on this architecture"
