du-dust: fish completion install fix & update

David Adam requested to merge zanchey-guest/debcargo-conf:du-dust-fixes into master

The current path will conflict with the dust completions shipped in an upcoming fish release; use the path for vendor completions instead. Also sync to the version of the completions contained in the upstream package.
