WIP: test multiarch

Hi, here is a PoC enhancement to run multiarched CI jobs based on current setup if you're also interesting. With qemu-user-static and prebuilt multiarched debian images, one may create as many suite/arch/variants (e.g. jessie-backports) specific jobs from predefined yaml anchor templates. See pipeline in action.
