Fix two tiny typos in yml files
Improve the description on how to contribute, in particular provide easy copy-paste step on how to ensure git commits are signed as currently the most common reason new submitters' CI fail is due to missing git signature (e.g. !467 (comment 451579), !471 (comment 462973))
