Hello! I am the maintainer of the R bindings for opencv.

I noticed that the QR code decoder did not work on Debian/Ubuntu, and it seems to have been disabled. Is there any particular reason? It is enabled by default and working on all of our other platforms (Fedora, Homebrew, msys2, etc).
