The Python executable xraylib is working properly using the python bindings.
Installation scripts of previous xraylib versions have been removed.
A spec file has been added which can be used for producing rpm packages: perl and IDL bindings cannot be built this way (yet).
pkg-config pc files have been written for the C library and the fortran bindings.
Now updating the documentation.
