Fix link to fa css file

The sympa package depends on fonts-font-awesome. Upstream changed the name of the css main file but the name of the file of the Debian package is sill unchanged. Therefore the Sympa web frontend loads without any icons and looks broken.

BTW: regular.css and solid.css are not part of Debian's fonts-font-awesome package.
