Not sure why, but the 2.16 build fails if these files are not present even though they are generated. This issue is fixed in 2.18, and since there likely won't be manymore 2.16 builds it is just easier to add these back. I removed them a while back, but didn't realize it would break "make distcheck". svn path=/branches/gnome-2-16/; revision=4803
