Some changes made before uploading to NEW queue

  • debian/copyright: Change MIT short name to Expat.
  • Use dh_auto_build and dh_auto_install instead of raw make. This potentially makes the package more friendly to cross-building, as debhelper injects the correct tool names.
  • Bump the date in debian/changelog.
