Build only as QML module

Guido Berhörster requested to merge personal/gber/fix-qml into master

Turn off automatic type registration in the shared library and provide an actually loadable QML plugin. Remove the shared library as using the QML module should be fine for all use cases in Debian. Also replace the obsolete cmake function exec_program.
