Enable the upstream unittests for build and autopkgtests

The unittests only are used because the canary tests depends on python's pocketlint.pangocheck which doesn't seem to be available in Debian

We added those tests in Ubuntu as we need to promote the library which is now a udisks depends through libblockdev-mdraid3
