Fix some issues reported by lintian

  • Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit.
  • Remove field Section on binary packages libnma-common, libnma-gtk4-0, libnma0 that duplicates source. (installable-field-mirrors-source) These changes have no impact on the binary debdiff.
