libboost1.74-dev: add solutions to check this beast

This merge request adds the solutions to check libboost1.74-dev.

Included are four lists of headers to be checked separately.

Since boost is a very template-heavy C++ library, you need a lot of RAM to check this. Don't try this on qemu; it won't work. To attempt this, I recommend using an actual ARM device with at least 8 GB of RAM.
