Remove :focus-reset which makes very ugly buttons when pressed.

this patch removes a very ugly transition observerved in various parts of debian's website: buttons look normal at first glance, but once you press them they transition to a very ugly button. see the screenshot of the qa-page where the first button is normal and the second one was just pressed:
