Update css, minor minification (bits I missed, from my last merge)

Mostly minified color, padding and border properties where possible. Changed "a.rss_logo.generic" colour from #ff8800 to #f90, it's a barely noticeable hue change but #f90 is a web safe colour #f80 is not.
