New strip-langs.sh script, to remove wrong or unwanted entries from ../international/l10n/langs
https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/ contains a massive list of language entries (currently 516 !) with several "Unknown language" entries and other wrong entries, caused by wrong filenames/directory names in packages. This MR adds a new script, which allows to remove entries from this language list by choice.
