debian/ola.install: don't install all .1 manpages, because some of them are installed by ola-rdm-tests already. Instead, only install the ola* and usb* ones. Closes: #1079360.

no-change upload to get everything built on the buildd hosts after last month's NEW upload. Closes: #1042424.

Re-enable ola-rdm-tester package, now that the Python3 port of that is finished (and bookworm is out, so we can migrate new packages to testing again).

We linked to individual javascript files. That used to work just fine,
but now with the addition of the bootstrap link it starts failing.

Link to directories rather than files.

With one exception: for angular-route, we can't really do this, so keep
linking there the way we used to.

We can't reintroduce them until the release, due to freeze rules. Don't
waste time trying to build it, then.
