Draft: tools/hotplug: fix xenconsoled logging in init scripts

References issue #58: xenconsoled logging not working

The fix is :

  • create two vars in xencommons.in: XENCONSOLED_LOG_DIR and XENCONSOLED_ARGS
  • adapt the init script to take them into account

I also did some minor edits in the init script (typos like).
