Fix some issues reported by lintian

• Add missing ${misc:Depends} to Depends for libxau6-udeb. (debhelper-but-no-misc-depends)
• Replace XC-Package-Type with Package-Type. (adopted-extended-field)
• Use canonical URL in Vcs-Git. (vcs-field-not-canonical)
• Update standards version to 4.6.1, no changes needed. (out-of-date-standards-version)
