Backport config quirk for apple silicon

Hi,

this PR backports an upstream commit from https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/commit/39934a656a44722d16a80bf4db411c53e2d67b38 which unfortunately wasn't cherry picked into any of the recent releases. It is needed to detect the correct display output on Apple Silicon hardware. Since it is only a config change it should be relatively low risk.

Fedora ships it too in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/xorg-x11-server/blob/rawhide/f/0001-add-a-quirk-for-apple-silicon.patch
