Include zinject and zpios in zfs-test

zfsutils-linux currenty includes zpios, zinject, and ztest, which are only useful for people interested in testing zfs. To wit, zinject deliberately causes damage to pools. Since these tools are not widely useful, it makes sense to include them in the zfs-test infrastructure.
