Improve logout UX

Currently (Debian 11, fbx 22.3) when one logs out, one is presented with this screen:

It seems pointless to ask a logging out user to install apps to be shown on that page for 3 reasons.

1. A logging out user is leaving. They don't care about what happens until they come back.
2. The logging out user may not have admin rights to install apps.
3. There is already a screen showing installed apps.

It would seem more appropriate to either tell the user they have succesfully logged out or to redirect to /plinth (the screen where the apps are shown) at logout rather than show a separate logout page. Thus, after logging out, the user would be sent to this screen:
