Add German versions for some LucasArts ScummVM games

This merge request adds German language versions for the following ScummVM-compatible games from LucasArts:

• The Secret of Monkey Island (VGA/DOS/German)
• Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge (DOS/German)
• Loom (EGA/DOS/German)
• Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (VGA/DOS/German)
• Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders (V2/DOS/German)

Where it seemed appropriate, some stylistic changes have been made in separate commits in order to minimize the diff noise in the other commits that add the actual games. The new language versions have been added with the intention of minimal changes to what was already present in the YAML files.

Concerning the package monkey-island2-de-alt-data, my copy of the game doesn't have the midi roms¹ and those files are also not listed in the ScummVM wiki article², but I've still added them for consistency with the other packages in the YAML file.
