Added support for original CD release

I have the original CD release of Jazz Jackrabbit, so I took a stab at updating the yaml file to be compatible. I split the package into one package for the core Jazz Jackrabbit files, and another for Holiday Hare '95. I also moved one nuisance file into GOG Cruft, which wasn't tagged properly before.

I will need some guidance on the best way to properly handle the Holiday Hare '95 package. It's freely available, but the zip file obviously doesn't store the files in a "HH95" subdirectory, so my first pass attempt (not commited yet) simply said the zip file didn't provide HH95/whatever.

That said, OpenJazz won't even use the Holiday Hare 95 data unless explicitly told to do so (e.g. providing an alternate 'game directory' on the command-line. So, a new shortcut would probably be needed as well.
