ISO 3166-2: Fix subdivision names for Finland. Fixes #37

In order to adhere the recommendations of The Finnish and the Swedish Language Boards of the Research Institute for the Languages of Finland (see for instance Toponymic_guidelines.pdf), this CL:

  • Fixes data/iso_3166-2.json to use consistent language for Finland (Swedish for FI-01 and Finnish for the rest from FI-02 to FI-19). See #37 (closed) for details.
  • Updates gettext msgids accordingly.
  • Fixes continental Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian and Swedish) to use Swedish names for all regions in Finland. I'm not able to provide translations for non-continental Scandinavian languages (Icelandic and Faroese).
  • Fixes Estonian to use Finnish based names for all regions in Finland.
  • Fixes English and German to use exonyms where applicable, Swedish name (Åland) for FI-01 and Finnish based names for all the remaining regions in Finland.
