apple-nvram and asahi-*: new upstream releases

This MR updates the apple-nvram and asahi-* packages and their copyright information. The latter have the new release of apple-nvram as a strict dependency. asahi-bless (like in my last MR - !671 (merged) - which hasn't been uploaded yet) has a new dependency on clap 4, which is satisfied in unstable. I checked that, with the new release of librust-apple-nvram-dev as an EXTRA_DEBS, all packages build.

I added RFS files to every package. When the time to upload them comes, please keep in mind that apple-nvram must be uploaded first, otherwise the other packages won't build. Also, rust-asahi-bless will generate a NEW binary package, librust-asahi-bless-dev, due to the refactoring of some code from main.rs to lib.rs.
